At Sams Meats we do our best to produce quality products that our customers have
grown to appreciate and rely on since 2001. We offer a variety of party trays, and catering options for any event. Over
the years we have done events for as few as ten people and as many as 2,500. The events have taken place in Clinton,
Fayette, Highland, Montgomery, Warren, Hamilton, Green, Brown, Clermont, and Clark counties in Ohio.
We have had the privilege of working with great companies who depend on us to supply their customers and employees with delicious meals. Sams Meats has also had the privilege of helping families celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, bridal and baby showers, graduations, and weddings. Another area we help with is sending food to those who have lost a loved one or are going through rough times. Last but not least we are fortunate to work with local schools and parents to provide team and hospitality dinners for athletic, vocal, and academic functions.
If you are interested in having Sams Meats help you with party trays please do not hesitate to contact us by phone or email. The party trays are made fresh and ready for the date specified when an order is placed. We do not have these items made unless we have orders for them to assure the food is always fresh. The pricing for party trays does not include delivery, serving, tableware or serving utensils. If you are interested in any or all of those options please inquire about them when you contact us. To place an order for party trays you must give us a call, we do not accept them via email at this time. During holidays and graduation we have a high volume of orders so we ask that you contact us for events at those times as early as possible.
Another option you may be interested in is a buffet style catering event. There are several different choices for you to consider. However, if you can not find what you are looking for we will do our best to accommodate your needs. The buffets include servers, plastic tableware, and set up and clean up of the serving tables. We can also provide table linens and other items if you are interested. A $100 deposit is required to reserve a date and time. The deposit is deducted from the bill on the day of the event.
